Scope

These draft terms apply to the use of Bewerbungspilot, a software service for job search, application preparation, application automation, status tracking, and notifications.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate candidate, contact, application, and billing information.
Users are responsible for the truthfulness of CVs, cover letters, answers, and job application materials.
Users must only provide job-site credentials they are authorized to use.
Users must monitor email/SMS/code requests and intervene when the service pauses an application.

Automation limits

Bewerbungspilot may pause or skip applications when a form is unknown, risky, legally sensitive, protected by captcha, requires human judgment, or has low automation confidence. The service does not guarantee interviews, offers, response times, or successful submission on every external website.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan details, price, renewal cadence, cancellation, invoices, and payment methods are handled through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal.

Prohibited use

Users must not use the service for fraudulent applications, credential misuse, spam, illegal discrimination, scraping beyond allowed sources, or attempts to bypass third-party security systems.
